I would have to say the Berserk Manga is a real favorite of mine. Favorite anime would have to be Full Metal Panic! series due to its story that will make you laugh so hard it hurts and just how serious and sad it can get as well.

Anything with a good solid story that doesn't just surround a bunch of romantic crap. (A lot of manga seem to be super girlie and weird.... Maybe I'm just not loooking hard enough)? haha!

Negima! Magister Negi Magi I have to say is my favourite Manga.
Ken Akamatsu has been my favourite Manga artist since Love Hina, so would stand his latest work, or at least one of his works, would be my favourite Manga of all.

My favorite is Full Moon. I love it because it has a great story line, a young girl who wants to become a singer but cant because she's sick. Its sad, funny, and romance.
